Reclaiming Your Path
A yoga and self-discovery workshop
hosted by Sparklefish Coaching and Sweet Santosha Yoga + Meditation
Inspire Studio | 1411 cornwall ave | bellingham, wa
Society expects a lot from us. Throughout our lives we’re encouraged to be thin, active, clever, and unflappable. We’re taught to believe everyone else’s perception of us matters more than how we feel about ourselves. This workshop is designed to connect you with your inner wisdom and redirect your energy so you can let go of things that don’t serve you and start achieving the things you really want. Through movement, meditation and journaling, we will dive deeply into ourselves to uncover our deepest wish and chart a path to achieve it.
This workshop allows you to focus just on you. There will be no required group sharing or partner work in an effort to create a safe space for introverts. Dress comfortably, in layers, and bring your mat (if you have one). We will be seated on the floor for much of the workshop. Props will be provided, but you may bring whatever you need to feel comfortable.
Tea and snacks will be provided.
At the Door: $50
Number of attendees will be limited to give everyone enough space.
People of all genders are welcome to attend.
Tickets can be purchased securely at this link:
